Private Disney Tour FAQ 1 - How does your “VIP treatment” work?
All of our vacation VIP Hosts are experts in the parks and specialize in minimizing wait times and avoiding crowds through years of research and experience. A combination of using the systems that the theme parks have in place, knowing the parks inside and out, and understanding the “pulse of the park” (i.e. what areas to avoid at certain times). Our VIP Hosts are intuitive and pride themselves in customer service. We know how important this vacation is to your family so it is paramount to us that we make sure you feel like a VIP every step of the way.”
Will we know ahead of time what our itinerary consists of?
Yes! Once you submit your Reservation Form, we immediately start building your itinerary based on the information we have received through your form. You have the choice to be as involved or as uninvolved in this process as you want to be. Typically we send back our guest’s vacation itinerary within 5-7 days of electronically receiving the forms. We always make sure that our guests receive their Itinerary with enough time to review it before their vacation so that they can make any necessary changes to it. Our goal is to build you the very best vacation possible, so your feedback regarding your vacation Itinerary is always encouraged and appreciated!
Are your “VIP services” limited to the Orlando FL Theme Parks?”
“NO WAY! Aside from guiding our guests through the Orlando FL theme parks in Central Florida (also Lego Land and Kennedy Space Center) we are also a full service Concierge company. We will do anything within our ability (and even beyond) to ensure that (you) our guests have a complete VIP experience during their vacation! This includes everything from booking restaurant reservations, arranging spa appointments, recommending nightlife hot spots, booking transportation (Limousines, airplanes, boats, etc.) and getting tickets to special events. We can assist in any special request that our guests may have – from picking up groceries for you on your vacation, getting a doctor to come to their hotel room or even picking up some “Joe” at Starbucks in the morning, before beginning our day at the parks!”
How much are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the size of the family and how long the tour is scheduled to last. Each tour is a minimum of 6 hours. Excludes certain holidays. Please ask you personal vacation planner for details. If you feel your guide has gone over and above, any and all gratuities are given to that guide in full.
“When and how do I pay?”
Payment is always completed at the end of your vacation! We are so confident in our service, that we offer a 100% guarantee! We do not charge our guest until the very end of the tour and of course…when they are COMPLETELY SATISFIED! You may pay by credit/debit card, cash or check.
What are acceptable payment options?
VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Cash and/or Check.
